We installed about 30 new VSAT terminals in the satellite telecommunication network in accordance with appropriate contracts and put them into operation. Moreover we successfully accomplished works for underlaying of cable lines connecting the centers of these organizations with the building of “Incomnet” Co., Ltd.

| We started the project for construction of wireless telecommunication network in Ulaanbaatar city and at first instance installed 7 base stations. |

We concluded an agreement with the Savings Bank and cooperated for organization of Ulaanbaatar city’s network of the Savings Bank using the wireless telecommunication network.

| In accordance with the agreement concluded with ”Mobicom” company we created the international lease bandwidth service between Ulaanbaatar to Germany and Ulaanbaatar to South Korea with a bandwidth of 512/512 kbps and started to provide services. |

| 2002 |
In accordance with the contract concluded in October 2001 we installed the initial 24 VSAT equipments in branches of province centers and big soums to the Information network of Khan Bank and put into service. |
| We received the project credits at the amount of 270 thousand USD from World Bank through Trade and Development Bank. |
| We successfully implemented the project for installation of new cable lines in Ulaanbaatar and started to make connections to our Automatic-Telephone System clients. |
| We sent our 3 engineers to the course of satellite telecommunication DWIPHUB station in the training center of the Israeli company “Gilat”. |
| We received the license for new international phone gateway with the number 005 and accomplished the preparation works for service start. |
| 2001 |
August 17th, 2001 is the date of foundation of “Incomnet” Co., Ltd. and the company was registered by the State Registration Authority in accordance with Company Law of Mongolia. |
| For the purpose of providing and performing of main direction of activities of “Incomnet” Co., Ltd. we concluded with the Israeli company “Gilat” a contract for purchase of new satellite telecommunication system and the contract for inner city Automatic-Telephone System contract with the French company “Alcatel”. |

We successfully installed in November and December 2001 the satellite telecommunication DWIP central station and inner city E-10 stations and put them into operation.
